It has been alleged that the staff at Bosley do not give significant information regarding the terrible discomfort caused by their procedures and it is also reported that the staff has been prevented from using words like “pain” and “painkiller” while taking to inquiring customers. Many patients have experienced excruciating pain while undergoing the procedure and have complained about the same.
Procedures at Bosley’s were found to be very invasive by many patients. Parts of the scalp with layers of sweat glands, tissues, nerves and blood vessels are cut for harvesting of the donor area. Removal of additional tissues is required in additional procedures.
